Big spender

A Middle Eastern businessman spent over $210,000 in a London nightclub.

The big spender entered the Crystal nightclub at midnight on Saturday with friends (nine women and eight men). The anonymous client started with a $50 bottle of Pinot Grigio wine. He was ordering magnums of Dom Perignon at $1,400 each and then called for a Methuselah of Cristal Champagne at $60,000. The session ended with a Methuselah of luxury Polish Belvedere vodka priced at $2,800.

The party left at 5 am. The bill was $218,000. A representative of Crystal said in 20 years working in the industry it was the biggest bill from one customer.
